The pelvic floor is like a hammock, stretching from the pubic bone in the front to the tailbone in the back. Its function is to support the pelvic organs: the bladder, uterus, and rectum. The myPelvicBra lifts the pelvic floor from below, acting as a second hammock.

How to choose the size of the MyPelvicBra pelvic belt?
Place your hands on your waist and, close to your body, press down gently to find the top of your pelvic bone. The measurement point is 2-3 cm lower. Take your measurement.
If you're unsure which size is right for you, we recommend choosing the smaller size.
Remember that the Classic model is adjustable, allowing for an additional 10 cm of extra width.
Should the pelvic support belt be worn over or under clothes?
The pelvic support belt was designed to be worn under clothing, but over underwear. You can wear your favorite underwear under the MyPelvicBra belt; it doesn't have to be a thong.

How to wash a pelvic support belt?
