evoStim UG is a 2-channel device for pelvic floor muscle therapy (Kegel therapy) using EMS electrical stimulation. The evoStim UG solution offers neuromuscular therapy with 50 preset and 10 user-defined programs. The touchscreen and unique rotary knob provide a user-friendly interface for easy operation. Programs are accessed via 5 buttons at the bottom of the screen, which guide you to the corresponding therapy goals:

• URGE – Urge incontinence
• STRE – Stress incontinence
• MIX – Mixed incontinence
• PAIN – Pain relief in the perineal and pelvic area
• RLX – Rehabilitation for vaginismus and pelvic floor spasticity.

The device is equipped with a PERIPROBE MINIMA vaginal probe, which, thanks to its tampon-like shape, allows for easy insertion and treatment in any position: lying down, standing, or sitting. The probe's spherical electrodes are gold-plated, ensuring optimal conditions for electrical stimulation and preventing allergic reactions in individuals with nickel allergies.

The evoStim UG device is intended for use at home (after consultation with a physician) and in specialized offices. It is recommended for the treatment of stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence.

This solution allows for the setting of two pulse waveforms (symmetrical or alternating) to better adapt the stimulation to the probe type (with ring or side electrodes). Both the waveform and the stimulation intensity can be adjusted independently on two channels.

The evoStim UG works with all vaginal and rectal electrical stimulation probes, including 2-channel probes. The second channel can be used for advanced therapies, such as epidermal electrical stimulation with self-adhesive electrodes or therapy with a 4-electrode probe.

With electrostimulation therapy and the STRE program, you can increase the strength and endurance of your pelvic floor muscles, which will help with bladder control in stress urinary incontinence. Using the URGE program, you can relax overly tense muscles that cause urge urinary incontinence. The device also features a MIX program for pelvic floor muscle re-education in the event of mixed urinary incontinence, as well as a program recommended for relieving pain in the perineum and pelvis.
